She believes that every family deserves to document their journey, and cost should never be a barrier to capturing life's most meaningful milestones.

    Capture the precious, fleeting moments of your little one’s earliest days with a specialized newborn photography session. I know what it takes to creates a calm, comfortable environment for both baby and parents, ensuring a stress-free experience while capturing every tiny detail—from those delicate eyelashes to their first sleepy smiles. "Fresh 48" sessions are available.

  • At Makenzi Roberts Photography, I offer a variety of package options to suit your needs, whether you're looking for maternity, newborn, family, or engagement sessions. Each package is designed to provide a personalized experience with plenty of beautiful digital images for you to cherish.

    Maternity Packages:

    • Classic Package: $300
      Includes 1 location, 1 hour of on-site time, 1-2 outfits, and 40+ digital images with print release.

    • Deluxe Package: $425
      Includes 1 location, 1.5 hours of on-site time, 2-3 outfits, and 75+ digital images with print release.

    Newborn Packages:

    • Classic Package: $300
      Includes 1 hour with the photographer at 1 location, 1-2 outfits, and 40+ digital images with print release.

    • Deluxe Package (RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH ADDITIONAL CHILDREN): $450
      Includes 1.5 hours with the photographer at 1 location, 2-3 outfits, and 70+ digital images with print release.

    Engagement, Family, and Kids Packages:

    • Classic Package: $300
      Includes 1 location, 1 hour of on-site time, 1-2 outfits, and 40+ digital images with print release. Up to 6 people.

    • Deluxe Package: $425
      Includes 1 location, 1.5 hours of on-site time, 1-2 outfit, 75+ digital images with print release, and coverage for families up to 6 people.

    • Extended Family: $500

      Includes 1 location, 1 outfit, 75+ digital images with print release, and coverage for families up to 10 people (additional $10 per person for groups more than 10)

    Branding Sessions:

    • Classic Package: $500

      Includes 1 Location, 2 Hours of Time with Photographer, up to 3 Outfits, Up to 2 People, 50+ Images and Photo Release

    • Small Business Headshots $550

      Includes 1-hour with photographer, headshots up to 8 people, 2 edited headshots per person

    Studio Sessions: If you'd like to have your session in a studio, I can make the arrangements, and studio fees will apply.

    Additional Time: If you’d like to add more time to your session, additional time can be purchased for $75 per 30 minutes.

  • Due to increasing demand, we recommend booking your session at least two months in advance. For Christmas sessions at local studios, please schedule by September 30th to guarantee availability.

    2. Decide on location, type of session and photography package.

    3. Confirm availability with Makenzi Roberts Photography to solidify your photography session date.

    4. Sign contract and pay deposit.

    5. You're booked!

  • Here are some thoughts on what to be prepared with for your photo session:

    • Coordinated Outfit Changes – Bring an extra set of outfits for everyone, just in case of spills or messes. Opt for soft, neutral colors or complementary tones for a cohesive look.

    • Snacks and Water – Keep everyone fueled and hydrated, especially for young children who may get hungry during the session.

    • Favorite Toy or Comfort Item – To help soothe your children or smile naturally during the shoot.

    • Hairbrush and Makeup Touch-up Kit – For any last-minute touch-ups to keep everyone photo-ready.

    • Special Blanket or Shawl – For cozy family shots or a quick wrap in case of cooler weather.

    • Comfortable Shoes – If you’re planning on wearing dressier shoes in the photos, bring a pair of comfy shoes for walking or standing between shots.

    • Props or Special Items – If there’s a special family heirloom, sign, or meaningful item you want to include in a shot.

    I know preparing for a photo session can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to help! Here are my tips for success:

    • Coordinate Outfits, Don’t Match:
      Choose outfits for the family that complement each other rather than matching exactly. Soft, neutral tones or colors that blend well will look great in photos. Avoid busy patterns or large logos that can be distracting. If you'd like for me to take a look at what you are thinking ahead of time, don't hesitate to reach out.

    • Plan for Breaks:
      With young children, breaks may be needed for snacks, water, or even a quick cuddle. Be flexible and don’t stress about time—some of the best shots happen during those in-between moments when everyone is relaxed.

    • Get Plenty of Rest and Keep It Fun:
      Make sure everyone is well-rested before the session, especially young children. If the atmosphere feels fun and relaxed, it will come through in the photos, capturing those genuine smiles and connections!

  • Typically, clients receive teasers from their session within 24 hours. All photos are delivered to clients within two weeks.

  • Classic Packages: 40+ edited images with photo release

    Deluxe Packages: 70+ edited images with photo release

    Makenzi Roberts Photography does not charge extra for clients to gain access to ALL edited images from their photo sessions. All captured, beautiful, high-quality images from your session will be edited and included in your album delivered to you via an online link.

  • Mini-sessions are offered seasonally. Please be sure to follow Makenzi Roberts Photography on Instagram and Facebook for more information as to when these sessions become available.

  • Makenzi Roberts Photography believes in making every photo as natural as possible. With that being said, your photos will be minimally edited to ensure sudden, unusual blemishes or skin concerns such as baby acne are improved in edited photos.

    Photos delivered will be of a similar style consistent with Makenzi Roberts Photography. The photographer will have complete creative control of post-processing. Images will be delivered in JPEG format with a mixture of color and black and white images, as deemed appropriate by the photographer. Makenzi Roberts Photography will not edit for physical size, hair, etc. Makenzi Roberts Photography may touch up images at their discretion.

  • You will have the option to print photos through the online gallery link. This gallery link, provided to you by Makenzi Roberts Photography, will give you the option to print through the online portal, or download the images and order prints through your preferred printer.

    Please be sure to download the “hi-resolution” images from your online gallery for best printing results.

  • Cancellations:

    Makenzi Roberts Photography realizes that life takes twists and turns that are unpredictable and often out of Client’s control; thus, Client may have to cancel services for one reason or another. Regardless, the fiscal impact of a decision to cancel is on how far in advance prior to Clients wedding/event date. Makenzi Roberts Photography is owed a cancellation fee to be paid by Client:
    - 60 days or more before your scheduled session: No fee
     - Between 59-30 days before your scheduled session: $50
      - Between 29-7 days before your scheduled session: $75
      - 6 days or less before your scheduled session: $150

    Rescheduling:

    In the event that Client reschedules the 30 days or more before the scheduled session, all money paid to Makenzi Roberts Photography will be applied to the new date. Similar to a cancellation, rebooking Client's original date is not guaranteed. For any non-weather or illness related reschedules that occur within 30 days before the scheduled session, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied to the Client's invoice. In the event of inclement weather, Makenzi Roberts Photography reserves the right to reschedule with no additional fee to the client. Makenzi Roberts Photography will alert the Client 24 hours prior to their scheduled session if weather is going to be a possible issue, but the final decision to reschedule is in the hands of the Client.
